  *Recommended when brows are 50% faded or you’re reaching for brow makeup again. After 24 months, your service is no longer considered a touch-up and will be priced as a new brow service.

What are Ombré Brows?

Ombré Brows are a semi-permanent brow tattoo that looks similar to makeup. This technique gives the brows more shape and fullness. The color is darker at the tail, gradually fading to a lighter & softer front.
How long do they last?

Ombré Brows usually last 1–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, health conditions and skincare routine.
Do I need a touch-up?
Yes, a touch-up is highly recommended! The first appointment will be done slightly darker since healed results will heal 30-50% lighter. The touch up allows us to perfect the shape and color, and to make any necessary adjustments based on how your skin has healed. Touch-ups help the pigment retain much better and ensure your brows last longer.
- However, this touch-up is optional some clients are happy with their healed results and choose not to return. Because of this, the touch-up is charged separately for those who need or want it.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines:
Weeks before

4 Weeks - No botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels

2 Weeks - No sun or salon tanning

1 Week - Discontinue use of retinol, AHAs, BHAs, glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid & alpha hydroxyls on the brows

1 Week - No brow tinting, lamination, or henna
24 Hours before Appointment

Avoid caffeine and alcohol

Avoid blood thinners/pain killers (i.e. Advil, Ibuprofen, Fish Oil supplements, etc.)

Any brow waxing or threading is to be done 24 hours in advance
Day of Appointment

Lotion & moisturize the skin.

Come with your brows filled in with your everyday look for reference.

Eat a good breakfast as we will be together for many hours.
What is the process like?

Only the very tip of the needle deposits pigment into the epidermis (top layer) of the skin. There is normally minimal bleeding if any.
Is it painful?

Pain is subjective but tolerable. Topical numbing is reapplied throughout the process. The outline is done pre-numbing.
What must I do to maintain them?
Annual touch ups are needed once every 1-3 years or when brows are 50% faded to maintain the look.
- Brow hairs outside of the brow tattoo will need to be cleaned up or it can create an illusion of uneven brows
What is the aftercare like?

Following aftercare is essential for beautiful results! A PDF GUIDE with detailed healing instructions and aftercare tips will be emailed after booking or available by request.

How do I care for my lashes after a lash lift?
For the best and lasting lash results:
✅ DO:

Feel free to wear mascara after 24 hours for extra drama!

Apply Argan Oil or The Lash Shop Renew Conditioner daily to keep lashes soft and moisturized (after washing your face or showering).
🚫 DON’T:

Do NOT wet your lashes for the first 4 hours

Avoid using mascara during the first 24 hours

What should I do before my lash appointment?
To ensure the best retention and application:
- Arrive with no eye makeup (makeup remover + cotton pads are available in the washroom if needed) 🧼

- Come comfy! Feel free to take a lash nap 😴
Can I request a quiet appointment or specific music?

Absolutely! Quiet appointments, music and podcast requests are always welcome 🎵

How do I take care of my lash extensions?
Here are your lash care tips:
✅ DO:

Cleanse your lashes daily

Brush them every morning & after showers

Get them wet at the end of the day (after the appointment)

Book fills every 2–3.5 weeks or when 40–50% of lashes remain
🚫 DON’T:

Sleep on your lashes

Rub, tug, or pull at them

Use mascara or lash curlers

Use cotton pads or Q-tips near your lash line

Use waterproof eyeliner (stick to liquid, non-waterproof)

Expose them to extreme heat (blow dryers, saunas, steam, ovens, BBQs)
Is it normal for lashes to fall out?

Yes! You’ll naturally shed 1–5 extensions per day, and they’ll fall out with your natural lash attached. This is totally normal 💕
How long will my lash appointment take?
Quality takes time! I lash 100% of your healthy lashes (if that’s the look you’re going for 👀).
- I do not use premade fans every lash fan is handcrafted and individually wrapped around your natural lash to ensure maximum retention.
- I also take time to properly clean and prep your lashes for the best retention.
- Please understand that rushing is not appreciated — your lashes deserve love & care 💖

What is lip blush?

Lip blush is a semi-permanent tint that enhances your natural lip color and shape. It evens out lip tones, defines your lip shape and gives a soft tint of color. During the session, you’ll see immediate color, which fades by 50% and softens as your lips heal.

How long does it last?

Results typically last 10 months to 1 year depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Fading happens gradually, giving a soft, natural look over time.

A touch up is recommended 6–8 weeks after your initial session to perfect the color and ensure long-lasting results.
